At Anna Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back in its original box with all hardware and instruction manuals included.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time window for the pickup of your return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
